Imprisoned in the body
To this earth we are slaves

Approaching self decay
Our being is to cease

Consciousness transcends
Slowly decomposed

These bitter games we play
Devoured by ego
Ignorance to cause dismay
Misleading behavior
Corrupted thoughts of stone
Unmoved by reason or change

Where all have been to bereave
A throed stark sense of your grief
Mirrored absolved deceit
Brought into the arms of disbelief

Manipulative tactics
Of senseless irritation
Conflicting every aspect of life's configuration

Bewildering enchantment
Towards suffering and death
Continuous seclusion
Proves fear and emptiness

Slipping through anguish,
Pain, and defeat
Sorrow of loss,
Control out of reach
Misery consuming,
No signs of relief
Behold the depression,
Swallowed in grief

If there only was a way
To end the suffering inside
Provide a death for a death
Escape by taking ones own life

Chrysalis of sorrow

Un-convicted sororicide
Justice system blind
Destiny eye for an eye
Gears of conscience grind

In deaths sempiternal slumber
Nightmares emerge from six feet under
Dead but dreaming,
Never wake up, ever screaming
The grave still looms in the shape of doom

Spectral imagination, phantasmagoria
Dismal shapes emerge enshrouded
Dreary voices calling louder
The dead yet dream

Darkest consciousness spews
Raw and bleak
Ectoplasmic emanations rise
A danse macabre before dead eyes
The dead yet dream

Sightless visions, soundless laughter
Souls in chains for-never after
Deathless corpses, lifeless dreams
No flesh to burn yet still they scream

Bitter thoughts beyond the grave
Bound and shackled, eternal slaves
Grotesque forms from realms forbidden
Hallucinations return unbidden

Spectral somnambulism
Spiritual ebolism
Malignant levitation
Postmortem invocation

Dreams of life poisoned by death
Dreams of death infected by life
Lost and shrouded to forever dream
The dreams of those left behind
Forever blind

Orange is for anguish, blue for insanity
Never extinguished visions of agony
Faces of pain, despair, and concern
A secret of the souls who burn

Scenery wished to be unseen
Hellish and vile, their soundless screams

Running through a labyrinth
A grotesque landscape
Leading me to the obscene
Excruciating pain piercing my eye
The swarming sound of insects

Gaping mouths and writhing bodies
Creation and damnation

I paint, the headaches, they grow worse
I'll gouge my eyes to remove this curse
And die just like my dear old friend
Create because my soul condemned

Ugliness lurks within the beauty
Horror festers in my brain

Soiled by traumatic wrath
Earth gasping for it's last breath
Slowly entwining and devouring hope
Souls are suspended and hang from rope

Upon the gristle lies despondency
Tremendous doom fills
The skies for all to see
Horror calls to all in ghastly form
Forever will fall darkened shrouds
A black eternal mourn

The water criticizes
The rocks of their form
The rocks they listen
Unintentionally reborn

An aperture in the earth
Augmenting spirit molting
Will survive time unfolding
Through wilderness

Nature tactful with it's way
Sacrificial soul
Demonstrating a devout existence

Not remembered, yet not forgotten
Stories of hindered pasts begotten
Laying beneath a memory
A prison impossible to foresee

My brain is my jail
An impetuous shell
Cacophony, emptiness
A mysterious hell

Blackness sometimes all I see
Suffering is my destiny
I've awaited freedom to be cast
Until then imprisoned unto the past

Headless
Defenseless
Petrous
Menace
Precious time

Screaming headless
Jugular exposed, petrous
Gasping for air, breathless

Blood and plasma streaming
Uncontrollable breathing
Silences the menacing screams

Spectacle for a murderous mind
Fantasies left far behind
Obsessions discovered
Time winds down
I lose control
Loss of blood is the only toll
Every breath becoming cold
Until all that's heard are screams inside
Frigid and headless
Defenseless
Left to die

Lost, stranded, thoughts abandoned
Solitary confinement within a screen
Life still persists, but why exist
The digital domain consumes all unseen

Life devised to hypnotize
A new kind of addiction concealed
Generations from now,
Doomed by technology
Wired minds in coffins revealed

Subjugation of will

Devotion to an invisible empire
Desire to seek knowledge
Not judged by oneself
Unintentionally fallen
To social media prey
Individuality once created
Unfiltered and clean
