Cold are the waves that carry our ships
Through uncharted seas to our homeland Stormclouds gather as we approach The gates of twilight await Swords drawn as we walk through the clouds Endless glory and wisdom Oblivion, sweet mead of the gods Our past lives cast off like a gown The spells have been cast, the veil has been lifted We leave this world Elysium beckons The Golden Bough opens the gate I feel no more pain, grief has fled my soul And then we see a shining shore and ten white temples Procession to the Fountain of Nepenthe Clad in white robes I bear the Golden Bough A pilgrim twixt the worlds of gods and men A shining shore and a far green land The meadows of the Island of the Blessed A king will come and lead our people home Where earthly gyves will be no more Dark is the path appointed for us Wind-demons scream as we pass One single flame at the edge of the night One beacon, one guardian, one truth Our forefather's blessings grant vision and might Through negative veils we march onward Katharsis - As we blaze through the void Our souls become one with the light The spells have been cast The veil has been lifted We leave this world Elysium beckons The Golden Bough opens the gate I feel no more pain Grief has fled my soul And then we see a Shining shore and ten white temples Procession to the Fountain of Nepenthe Clad in white robes I bear the golden bough A pilgrim twixt the worlds of gods and men A shining shore and a far green land The meadows of the Island of the Blessed A king will come and lead our people home Where earthly gyves will be no more Five thousand years have passed Since first light shone upon us Through forests deep now darkness falls Who will be our king? Who will bear the crown of oak and bone? Who will lead our folk? Lead us home? An age is coming to an end And from our mountain thrones we watch Who will sing our songs when the last of us has gone? Who will tell our tale when all hope fails? 02. Pilgrim
From dreaming halls beyond the west
There strong and free a storm will rise A boat it bears with biting breath And a pilgrim from the lands of hope Beneath the moon and under stars He will wander far from western strands When need is great through Europe's night Unknown to mortal men The years have passed Our ancestral Henges awake Pilgrim! Wanderer! Truth-bearer lead us to war In hallowed halls our horns resound Purify this holy ground And from the ruins of Europa Again we shall rise He will come unto the timeless halls Where shining fall the countless years And endless reigns the Elder King Under Mountain, ravens circle the peak And the pear-tree shall bloom On Walserfeld plain The king will rise from the throne And sweep these dogs from his lands The years have passed Our ancestral Henges awake Pilgrim! Wanderer! Truth-bearer lead us to war In hallowed halls our horns resound Purify this holy ground And from the ruins of Europa Again we shall rise The world is grey, the mountains old Our people's hearts are ashen-cold No harp is wrung, no silver trumpet calls The darkness dwells in Europe's halls Yet we still remember, we few who dwell In this far land beneath the trees The truth The light The dreaming golden spires The starlight on the Western Seas 04. Temple Of Katholic Magick
A black wind of pain is cleansing the land
Crushing the sons of the prophet As tolerance has failed Feel no remorse, feel no regret For our children to live their blood must be shed Invoke the true name of God (Shemhamforash) Reclaim these once free and mighty lands The spells of the temple bring doom to their halls Their empire is dying, their culture will fall Never yield! Never lay down your sword! Drive your spears through the heart Of the Saracen hordes The oath has been sworn Three spells will be cast For Katholick Magick and metal will last Invoking the sigil of Saint Michael the Warrior Defender of Europe The first spell has been cast Invoking the sigil of Saint Andrew, the Martyr Protector of Europe The second spell has been cast Invoking the sigil of Saint Mary, the Virgin Mother of Europe The third spell has been cast 05. Disciples Of The Iron Crown
Over the land there lies a shadow
Westward reaching wings of darkness The tower trembles To the tombs of kings Doom approaches The dead are awake And the day when the tyrant is rising Shall be the day when the gate will appear And the dead will march from black mountain To take back what is rightfully ours The iron crown And the time has come for the oath-breakers At the Devil's Stone of Vilseck They shall stand again And hear there a horn In the hills it shall be ringing From the grey twilight To rouse the forgotten people Disciples of the iron crown And the day when the tyrant is rising Shall be the day when the gate will appear And the dead will march from black mountain To take back what is rightfully ours The iron crown 06. Vesperal Hymn
So you drank the bitter waters
The salty wine of death What cries the westwind? (Cry the westwinds) Iron wavehands took your breath Pale moonlit coasts repeat the answer Sighing dark mechanic mills Cease your ever-turning mourning Shine forth upon our clouded hills Waters could not have killed you Nor fire, Atlantis, my friend Downfall grows in the hearts of man But the westwind recalls still your sound So we plant in the abyss A tree that lifts your ground We will see Atlantis again O land of green, oh land foreseen Where did you go? O land of green, oh land foreseen Gone long ago Seven wanderers still living (In memory) blue mountains now island hills of green The keep burning the desire The rise of Atalant foreseen 07. The Atlantean Kodex
Beyond the veils of time
Where past and future intertwine Where written history subsides Subconscious memories arise Five keepers hold the keys To unlock the gate of dreams Behind the wall of sleep Where Choronzon lies in wait Behold the Urkraft, behold the sacred force We strike with the wrath of the rightful We wield the invincible puritan blade Behold the fire, behold the force We command the iron battalions In the dawn of this new iron age Sorcerers of yore wove mighty spells While swords met shields like ringing bells In places deep where dark things sleep In hollow halls where dead kings weep Where harps once sang with joy Of the splendour, now buried beneath the seas Behold the Urkraft, behold the sacred force We strike with the wrath of the rightful We wield the invincible puritan blade Behold the fire, behold the force We command the iron battalions In the dawn of this new iron age The days are growing darker And what the coming age might hold Even the wisest among us cannot say And though some things are better left undisturbed We must not bury the past Or we will be buried by the future Heed to the - Atlantean Kodex Kneel before - Atlantean Kodex Bow your head - Atlantean Kodex Share the madness, the fury and the might 08. A Prophet In The Forest
Like gold fall the leaves in the wind
Long years numberless, as the wings of the trees The long years have passed into the west Beneath the blue vaults, wherein the stars tremble In the song of the wind From the forests and the green mountains far to the east To the hills of Franconia, dreaming in peace See the fields full with grain, shining like gold in the sun Oh land of my youth and old age As the Danube rolls slowly to the seas of the east Tall keeps of Bohemia are guarding the Reich Land of proud halls Where legends resound in the night Oh, land of once and forevermore Through years of longing we march From here to the end of the world I lead my folk to the gate Where past and today become one Through years of longing we march, as seasons pass us by Relentless in our stride, we enter the mountainside Standing stones guard the tombs Of our fathers long gone Und the oaks, proud like titans defying the sun Telling the tale of the days when our folk still was young And took these lands as ours I remember the time, I remember the place I remember the woods, where I first saw her face Now the winds from the east strike fear in our hearts Lost are the days of our youth as we part Oh, Upper-Palatinate! Where have you gone? Once proud were our ways Now all barren hills lie covered in shades Our past but a dream, no stars light us home Through years of longing we march From here to the end of the world I lead my folk to the gate Where past and today become one Through years of longing we march, as seasons pass us by Relentless in our stride, We enter the mountainside When winter comes, the winter wold That hill and wood shall slay When trees shall fall and starless night Devour the sunless day When wind is in the deadly east, then in the bitter rain I'll look for thee and call to thee I'll come to thee again! When winter comes and singing ends When darkness falls at last When broken is the Golden Bough And light and labour past; I'll look for thee and wait for thee, until we meet again Together we will take the road beneath the bitter rain! Together we will take the road that leads into the west. And far away we will find a land Where both our hearts may rest. 09. The Golden Bough
My longing heart
Is filled with lights With lost bells With silver spires and stars And I will wander very far Farther than those hills Farther than the moon To beg the Lord "Grant me the Golden Bough" To give back the soul I had When I was a child Ripened with legends With a blossom crown And a wooden sword And thousand dreams Still to be dreamt |
