Evile's first ever live show, in Halifax, was interrupted by a punter throwing a brick.

Parts of "Hundred Wrathful Deities", off of Infected Nations, had been taken from the intro to Evile's set during the Bloodstock Festival of 2006

Evile were originally to be called Exile, but they changed their name due to other numerous bands already named Exile.

Most of the lyrics written by Matt Drake were done on his way to and from work, on the bus.

Ol Drake was offered a position in Destruction by Schmier but declined due to his commitments with Evile.

Both the lyrical inspiration for the song "Now Demolition" (from Infected Nations) and the title for the third album "Five Serpent's Teeth" (from the album of the same name) come from the same book; The Demolished Man by Alfred Bester.

The first show Evile played as Metal Militia (a Metallica coverband), people in the audience had bricks thrown at them.

Guitarist Ol Drake and bassist Mike Alexander's first encounter with Dave Mustaine of Megadeth was when Mike accidentally bumped into Mustaine, making him spill his wine, which lead to Mike being called a fag. They went on to talk with him which lead to a spot on the UK part of the Gigantour in 2008.

Bassist Joel Graham sleepwalks. He once sleepwalked to the point where he was found in the hotel he was staying at, naked, without knowing what room he stayed at.

The band started as a Metallica tribute band called Metal Militia.
