you could try phoning Silver Church and asking them if it's still on, or just show up at the venue and see if it's still taking place

Doesn't seem to be the case. The booking agency still has this event listed, but neither Ulver nor The Silver Church have it on their site. And then there are these two guys from Last.fm who state that it's postponed. Seems legit.
