The English metalcore band Architects gave us lots of big news today. First, a new album is coming up this year, release date is November 9th. This will be the first LP to come out since Tom Searle died of cancer in 2016. Josh Middleton joined full time to replace him in 2017. A second track from this album was also released (the first one being "Doomsday" which came out last year and is part of the tracklist). It is available here.

Architects have recently released a brand new song called "Doomsday". They will be playing again in Europe and U.K. in January and February 2018. The tour, which was announced last week and already sold thousands of tickets, will include some of the biggest venues the band has played in mainland Europe to date, as well as their first arena show in UK - at the Alexandra Palace in London. While She Sleeps will be supporting on all dates.

He was one of the founding members of the group. Condolences to his family, friends and his band mates as well.

The band just signed to Epitaph Records and also signed deals with UNFD in Australia and New Damage Records in Canada. The follow-up to Daybreaker is penciled for a spring 2014 release. British metallers Architects have parted ways with their guitarist Tim Hillier-Brook. The band posted the following statement about it: "Tim has decided that it's time for him to step away from Architects and pursue other projects. We all appreciate the work and commitment he has shown to the band over the past few years and wish him all the best in his future endeavours. His final show will be Groezrock and no future shows will be affected by his departure. Our good friend Josh Middleton will be filling Tim's vacancy on a temporary basis."

British metallers Architects will release their new album, entitled Daybreaker, on May 28 in Europe and June 5 in North America via Century Media Records.

The follow-up to The Here And Now was produced by the band with John Mitchell and Ben Humphreys at Outhouse Studios in Reading, the same team that previously worked on Architects' Hollow Crown CD. The cover artwork for the album was created by Paul Jackson (Tank.Axe.Love).
