The Gathering - New Album Set For September
Dutch atmospheric rockers The Gathering have announced on their official website that they are still working on their new album but have now set September as its release date.
The band posted this short update: "We are still working on the new record. We will release a new single in May, the album will be released in September. More info as soon as possible! In the meantime you still can listen to "Heroes For Ghosts", our 11 minute opus magnus which will be on the new album as well! And it is still possible to download it for free at http://thegathering.bandcamp.com."

Wonderful... Just wonderful! I love this band and I hope this next release is going to be an even better showcase of their songwriting and Silje's vocals. I'm not expecting any miracles but a guest appearance by Anneke would make my day.
