Danish blackened death metal act Panzerchrist has issued a short statement, regarding the departure of drummer Mads Lauridsen, who has been part of the band for only about a year. The band is currently also working on their new material for the next album, to be released in early 2013 through Listenable Records. This will be their 7th full-length album.

The band's brief update: "We have a change in our recording schedule and there is also a change in our line-up... Mads Lauridsen is no more in Panzerchrist. More news about the studio as well as our new drummer will be released in the beginning of January 2013."
