Yes, it is happening. Following their 2011 album As The Valley Of Death Becomes Us, Our Silver Memories Fade and their 2012 shows with the likes of Converge, Sleep, Corrosion Of Conformity, Torche and Valient Thorr, post metallers A Storm Of Light will return this year with a brand new record and Southern Lord will be releasing it.

The new album, entitled Nations To Flames, was recorded with Travis Kammeyer (Fahrenheit Studios) and mixed with Matt Bayles (Red Room) and is currently being mastered ready for your listening pleasure later this year.

The band are giving very little away as of yet but did state that the music on the record is "faster, much darker and noisier" and they also revealed that "on this record, we have finally found ourselves."
