Strapping Young Lad may have disbanded in 2007 but there is a treat coming soon for the fans of the band. The mock-up image and specs for the long-awaited Die Hard edition of the Strapping Young Lad The Complete Works 7xLP box set that's been 1.5 years in the making has been posted.

The front cover for every Strapping Young Lad album was re-designed and re-imagined for the new SYL limited edition The Complete Works box set by Seempieces | Illustration & Design by Travis Smith in conjunction with Devin Townsend / Jed Simon / Blood Music, compiling the pieces into a uniform collection. The designs were based on the albums' original artworks and aural feeling.

The pre-orders go live on April 17th, 2013 and there will only be 150 copies of this version available. The Splatter Edition will have 200 copies. New details will be revealed via the Blood Music label's Facebook page at this location.
