Decaying - To Start Recording New Album In Coming Weeks
After releasing The Last Days Of War in May, their third full-length studio album, Finnish death metallers Decaying are already planning to start recording a new album in the coming weeks. The upcoming, yet untitled new album, shall be released later next year.
The band states: "This has been a great year for us, The Last Days Of War was a well received album and we finally hit the stage. But we are definitely looking forward to 2014.
Some shows will be coming up, the Metal On Metal IV compilation, featuring two previously unreleased Decaying tracks, is expected to come out in February.
And on top of all that - the recording of an upcoming, yet untitled album is going to take place: rhythm guitar tracking will start early in the year, followed by drum studio somewhere before the summer. The material is very promising. 41 minutes of heavy and uncompromising death metal. Don't expect a WW2 based theme this time around though..."
