After the news of the collaborative record of Scott Walker and Sunn O))), fans can now hear an excerpt of the material via a two-minute trailer. You can watch it in the player below. This should help build the anticipation for Soused which will be released on October 20th. Is it what you were expecting?
The pre-orders for all formats (double LP, CD and digital download) are now available here or here. The vinyl edition consists of two 180g LPs, pressed on black vinyl and housed in a heavyweight tip-on sleeve. The artwork was designed by Sunn O)))'s Stephen O'Malley, featuring photography by Gast Bouschet.

Hmmm Well, going by that preview, this sounds like it's going to be "Sunn O))) with Scott Walker on vocals," music itself sounded pretty drony and not really too much of Walker's own style. But it's probably too early to fully judge. Cover's perfect by the way, simple but abstract, just like the music.
