Feridea - Announce New Singer, Preview New EP
Finnish gothic/symphonic metal band Feridea has a new frontwoman. Singer Heidi Mankinen and bassist Miika Hänninen left the band. Katra Solopuro from Katra will take over vocal duties. The band also has a new violin player, Heidi Lahtinen. Feridea is about to release a new EP, Into A Dawn, and the preview is available below. See if it is something you might enjoy.
The bass tracks on their new EP were written by session bassist Juho Huhtelin.
Into A Dawn will see its digital release on the 10th of July 2015 while the CD comes out on the 28th of August 2015.
Katra Solopuro was asked to join as a singer in Feridea on December 2014. She is a professional singer and varietee (hoop, fire and glow) show artist with a long career history of performing around the world.
