Tarja - New Video Released
You can now watch the new video from Tarja. It's also the first taste you get from her forthcoming debut classical solo album, Ave Maria En Plein Air, coming out on September 11th through earMUSIC. The album features 12 "Ave Maria" songs by a wide variety of composers. Tarja Turunen breathes life into some of the most loved and rare songs of Paolo Tosti, David Popper, Astor Piazzolla, and Johann Sebastian Bach/Charles Gounod, among others. Her voice is enchanting! The song, however, is awfully boring to me (not a fan of classical opera).

Not a big fan of this teaser: the song is obviously boring (I listen to a lot of classical music and this is certainly one of the songs with lower enchantment) and her voice sounds either forced or exhausted at some points. I still adore her but I had much higher hopes for this album.
