One of Norway's inspiring progressive acts, Leprous, have just announced that guitarist Øystein Landsverk will take a parental leave soon, due to the upcoming birth of his first child. The band were pre-planning this with ICS Vortex and Rendezvous Point's guitarist, Petter Hallaråker. The lads at Leprous stated accordingly that they will be playing the remaining dates of this year's tour as usual, with Petter stepping up to substitute Øystein Landsverk.

You can get a snippet of Petter Hallaråker's preparation on Leprous's Facebook page: "Our dear guitarist and friend Øystein is becoming a father very soon! We wish him and his wife all the best! However, that means that he's not playing any of the remaining shows this year. But don't worry, we've already rehearsed for many months (even played a gig) with the insanely talented Petter Hallaråker from Rendezvous Point! As you can see on this clip where he's rehearsing for the tour, no task is too big for him!"
