Metallica - Share Two Live Songs From 'Ride The Lightning' Reissue

The Deluxe Edition of Metallica's milestone record Ride The Lightning is being released next month on April 15th via Blackened Recordings. Included in this edition are recordings of a show they headlined in San Francisco on March 15th, 1985. They headlined the second of two shows at the Kabuki Theater in San Francisco 31 years ago. Here's a little taste of the recording of that gig via SoundCloud below. It's "Motorbreath" and a cover version of the Diamond Head classic "Am I Evil?". Yes, I am.

Check out all the details regarding these reissues of Kill 'Em All and Ride The Lightning here.

Still living the glory of the past and failing the endeavors from the present and future...

Liek so many bands. Anthrax, Slayer, Megadeth, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, etc. spring to mind.

The ones you listed at least are trying from time to time... 'tallica just don't give a damn anymore.

So true. That's why I stopped caring for 80's bands long ago. They're all useless and worthless nowadays. They gave all the good they had decades ago.
Live it can still be good sometimes but as far as new material goes they have nothing to offer.

That band name reminds me of a great band I used to listen to in the 90s but it cannot be them, they are long time dead...

Why does RTL need a re-issue, it's not like it's out of print or hard to find. Just saying.

Not sure why people still shit on Megadeth though. Yes Super Collider sucked and maybe then I thought they were done, but Dystopia is fucking amazing and at least Dave still wants to be metal. Metallica hasn't written a good album since 1988, at least 12 of Megadeth's 14 albums are awesome.
