Grave Digger - Part Ways With Longtime Drummer Stefan Arnold
Stefan Arnold, who sat behind the drum kit for Grave Digger since 1996, has been replaced by the "Reaper" and keyboarder Marcus Kniep.
The end of June, the band released the following statement on their Official Facebook page:
"Dear fans,
We would like to inform you that drummer Stefan Arnold and Grave Digger from now on will go separate ways. New drummer is Marcus Kniep, formerly known as the Reaper ... the band will return to their roots and rock the stages of the world as a pure quartet ... the use of keyboards is reduced to a minimum. But do not worry ... the Reaper will not die !!!"
We expected some 'dirty laundry' to be aired online since the only comment by Stefan Arnold on his Facebook page read: "yes, been let go..."; but so far both sides seem to be silent about the reasons of his departure.

Is it just me or should some of the ex members of this band form a band like X-Wild, play stuff like GD did in 90s and early 2000s, and record an album to show how good heavy ass metal is done?
