Post-metal sextet Atlases revealed that their new material for the next full-length effort is in pre-production phase. In other news, the Finland-based metallers are pleased to welcome Arttu Leppänen as the new permanent drummer in the ranks.

Statement from the band as follows: "It’s been a quiet summer with a lot of show cancellations and such. During the change of seasons a lot has been happening: we’ve been working on lots of new material and things are starting to shape up, the pre-production of our next full-length album is well under way, and we have a new release coming up sooner than expected! There has also been a change in our line-up, and with this new special release on the way we welcome our new drummer Arttu Leppänen. More info will follow!"
