Greek symphonic power metal act Dark Nightmare confirmed that their keyboardist Giorgos Karagiannis has passed away. He was part of the band since 2002. Short statement from the band can be read below.

The band comments: ''It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved brother, childhood friend, piano wonder and keyboard player of the band we built together, Giorgos Karagiannis. Giorgos fought until the very end and we are proud of him and his wife, Elisa.
