Corrupted - Surprise Drop New EP
I am not sure how much I can call a band with virtually no social media presence just casually dropping a one-track EP a "surprise release" as opposed to a normal release cycle, but regardless we now have a new Corrupted EP, Mushikeras, one that unlike the previous EP since their last studio album, is both in their sludge metal style and has over twenty minutes of runtime.

Different sound, same identity. This sounded less nihilistic and more meditative for me. All in all excellent EP and the excitement of their return alone was worth it.
