Sounds like Herbert the Pervert from Family Guy with some strange vocal effect. So yeah, it definitely isn't good. And here's an unpopular opinion. The last good G'N'R (or Axl) song is "Shackler's Revenge" from Chinese Democracy. I actually like that one, sue me.

Back in Guns n Roses those guys are lost after the apetite record and a few songs from the acoustic EP and Use Your Illusion. But I have give them some credit and how important they became in the use of classical sound and instruments when Gibson was broke Slash resurrected the Les Paul and when a lot of hard rock numbers from the 70’s was on retirement they come back after Guns N Roses they was a big phenomenon not only in music in culture.
