This will be the first time they release an album in an even year.

Nice song, the beginning was a bit unconvincing, but I forgot about it by the middle/end.

We were also told that this album is going to be a lot heavier. I suppose it is, if you use the previous album as a benchmark.

Heavy or not, it'll have some enjoyable music on it as always.

Not feeling it at all. Maybe it'll be like "From The Flame" from Malina that I've come to enjoy in time, but right now it just sounds really bland. It's only saving grace is Einar's vocals, which...aren't very convincing at the start melodically. Sad to see their prog side completely gone with this one too...

Haven't been following Leprous after Malina for some reason (I guess the idea that they went significantly softer didn't appeal to me), and tbh, this sounds to me like I never stopped following their progression, i.e., sounds like a follow-up to Malina material. Looking forward to the album and maybe finally checking out what they did in between Malina and now.

I'm of the "Everything has gone downhill after Congregation" clan, but there's quite a few songs that I enjoy from the later albums. "I Lose Hope" is one hell of a catchy song. "Alleviate" is a beautiful one too. "All the Moments"...

Not the most exciting first taste of the new album. As mentioned above, this is a bit heavier than Aphelion, but tbh I thought Aphelion was a good example of what they could do in their 'leaving metal behind for the most part' phase, I'd take most of that album over this song. Having said that, the first single from Aphelion (Running Low) also didn't really do it for me, so every chance the rest of the album is more appealing, whatever direction it's going in
