Americans Thundertank confirmed the loss of their former guitarist Matt Taylor aka Torcher. He was part of the band in years between 2019 and 2023. Matt also played in stoner doom metal band Doomstress, who had announced this news.

Doomstress commented: "Heartbroken to have to share that we lost our friend & bandmate, Matt Taylor today. Our hearts and thoughts are with his fiance Jessica, his family and friends. RIP Matt and go shred those strings in Valhalla. We love you and will miss you immensely."
