Worth listening to just to hear Rob Halford's vocal range. Killer riff on the track Victim of Changes.

So few comments and such low score for an album like this...this album is close to perfection! Not all ears can understand this album...personaly i speak for many...well!

Totally agree. Victim of Changes is definitely one of my favorite tracks on the album.

My fave JP album.Not much heavy but it rocks absolutly.
Dreamer Deciever 's solo is amazing.

Absolutely fantastic! Victim of changes and Tyrant belong to my favourite Priest songs.

Almost 37 years later and this is still Judas Priest's best album by miles.

It is my favourite Priest album as well.

This is the only Priest album that I can call perfect.

Pure Heavy Metal

It has two classic songs on the history of heavy metal ,i think.
"VICTIM OF CHANGES" and "DREAMER DECEIVER" and one kick ass songs "Tyrant" .

Well ...this is the vote of MS members ... but this record is a real masterpiece and valuable part of my list "Top 200 Metal Masterpieces of All Time" http://metalstorm.net/users/list.php?list_id=2147

Definitely another one of my favorites from Judas Priest. I love "Genocide" and the "Dreamer Deceiver/Deceiver" duo in particular. One of their absolute best and most consistent really.

A wonderful Judas Priest album, and my favorite (sorry Painkiller and Screaming For Vengeance). This has all the power of the classic heavy metal, and great feel from one of the greatest vocalist of all time, in any genre.

The trip that "Sad Wings of Destiny" makes you take is one of slow but strong pace. You will feel energy, power, and then you'll hear the gem of the crown, all slows down when the magnificent "Dreamer Deceiver" comes in scene. After the slow delight of great lyrics and Rob Halford's voice in all his splendor the second chapter "Deceiver" comes to speed up things again bringing the power one more time.

It's truly a must-know of Metal history, and one of my favorites albums.

My favourite from Judas Priest. Vocal performance by Rob is probably the best I've ever heard on a metal album and Dreamer Deceiver definitely IMO one of the best songs ever written!

Classic album. Seriously can't get enough of it, I've heard it a billion times it seems.

Well I wasn't around in 1976, but it sounds very heavy for it's time.

Classic album, hard to judge if this is best, or not but its better as all after British steel in some way up to 90's

What an album!

Milestone album at it's release and still holds up extremely well. Not a single weak song, couple of absolute classics and Rob on top. A weak 9 but still a 9.
