Is this a compliment, saying that it's underrated, or are you saying that it sounds like some generic black metal that sounds exactly like stuff from 8 years before its release? While I like it enough, I think I would agree more with the latter...

Pretty much what I felt about record in the first place. It belongs to 90-95 black metal scene.
