Pretty show I've heard them on liquid metal station a few. Their not that big but for a rock/metal band their pretty big and well known. More known then most.
Big enough to get a concert movie released here, but still no radio play. You'd think Tripple M (rock station) or Tripple J (youth station) would play some
I saw them here in Linköping back when they had just released the second album and "changed Pope" on stage for the first time. Wouldn't have believed they'd get this big if someone had told me then
Mourning Dawn, who released their last album Les Sacrifiés in 2014, has revealed that they will release a new EP titled Waste this upcoming February via Aesthetic Death. The EP contains three tracks, clocking around 25 minutes each. The first teaser of new music is available below as well as the album artwork. Don't miss it.
Tracklist:
01. The One I Never Was
02. The One I'll Never Be
03. Waste (The Deconstruction Of A Human Being)
"Notes: two stunning new tracks - which when overlaid onto each other create a whole new amazing track. Intellectual sickness."
Sounds strange, does that mean the third track is a combination of the first two tracks being played over each other?
Judging by the song titles I'd say it is.
1. The One I Never Was 25:14
2. The One I'll Never Be 25:14
3. Waste (The Deconstruction of a Human Being) 25:14

Dawn Crosby (r.i.p.)
05.04.1963 - 15.12.1996
Judging by the song titles I'd say it is.
1. The One I Never Was 25:14
2. The One I'll Never Be 25:14
3. Waste (The Deconstruction of a Human Being) 25:14
Yeah safe bet. Will be interesting to see the result.
Oh man ... Was planning on doing something like this for my band (started writing actually), I know it's been done before and is by no means something new or original, but hell if we do it now it will seem like we're riding a trend. Shit!
Anyway, I'm really excited for this. Loved everything this band did.

As i can hear this project is more ambitious than Neurosis/Rosetta. Their second discs were only noise/ambient, and here the 2 songs seems to be both doom...
All their previous albums were doom. Nothing noise/ambient about 'Mourning Dawn', 'For The Fallen' and 'Les Sacrifiés"
I spoke about Neurosis and Rosetta.
"Tribes of Neurot - Grace" and The Galilean Satellites disc II look like noise/ambient or something similar, if you hear them only
