This is probably the best of their last 4 albums. It took a few spins but everything I didn't originally like has grown on me. They have a new backup vocalist and he is featured very prominently, which no other album has done to this extent. At first I didn't like him but he quickly proves himself on Sikiö and he helps to keep the vocal work fresh throughout. There are some parts of songs which suck but most songs usually redeem themselves if they aren't already plain good. On average this album is a little slower than usual and it took a step back towards the harsher darker tone of Turmion Katilot's old days. There are still enough silly fun catchy parts though. Overall this was interesting and very satisfying. I don't get the hate, this album is great.
