This is one of the more unique black metal albums I've heard so far. It's kind of black metal meets heavy metal harmonies (and sometimes it's thrash-y too), and the vocalist sounds like Dave Mustaine attempted black metal (in a good way). I have to say I'm digging it a lot. The drummer does some really cool things as well and the album sounds neat. The songwriting is varied too. Do recommend.
