Super song material, similar to Warlord and the musicianship is great; the guitarists on this record are easily destroying many of the more known band's guitar work. The first five songs are 10/10, after them it's pretty good too, and songs 8 and 9 are 10/10 again. an Impressive release from such an unknown guys.

You're right, it's like Warlord with not so good vocals (to put it kindly).

If i read those lyrics before, i wouldn't have tried listening to them.

Well, what did you expect from a band called Medieval Steel, that it wouldn't cut you like a knife? That it would give you hugs and ride on a unicorn? It's medieval steel it cuts you like a knife, warriors on a battlefield laying down their lives for... steeel! The vocals are great IMO

Medieval Steel were a super cool band, there's so much talent. Despite being mostly just demo material, these songs sound way better than what many other metal bands have put out over the years. The songs aren't that complicated, but they're well written, epic and memorable as they come. This band should have been big.
