Scanner - The Cosmic Race

No decade should be without a Scanner album…. Hypertrace still among my favourite metal albums of all time.

No time to re listen all disco, but its good album. I don't like sci fi, but its awesome. Good chorus, vocals, riffs, its fast album. I enjoy it well. Best from 2024 so far

Amazing cover-art, music however, is just ok. It's well produced, and well performed, but other than the occasional impressive solo there's nothing that really sticks out for me. There's a few half decent tracks but most are kinda average with the exception of "A New Horizon", which think is a pretty decent ballad, and probably the main stand-out track for me.

As I have listened to their previous albums, I'll probably give this new one a chance as well.

Enjoyable listen, but probably not a record I will be spinning that much. Songwriting is decent, and everything works pretty well, but the songwriting feel a bit uninspiring and there is nothing exciting here. Anyway, a good solid heavy metal album

New lyric video

Not much to say. Solid all around. I like the "rougher" production here compared to so many others PM records nowadays.

Judgement was a return to form. The two singles were very very good. I will listen to it whole one day.

Drums is very sloppy here and bass drums just off rhythm in most songs, why nobody edited this?! 7/10 -2 for lack of quality control...
