This is a sheer death metal opus with a blackened musical theme. Each track is composed of a straightforward musical structure with savage riffs pounding relentlessly. The only downside is the length of some tracks. Those are a bit short (some may say well-trimmed) to perfectly convey the attractiveness of orthodox death metal and the awesomeness of musicianship that Gorhoth can offer. Overall, it is a fantastic death metal release with a pure blackened originality.
