I didn't think Terminator Genisys could be as bad as critics have made out. I was wrong: it's worse. Nothing about it was good, even Arnie, who just felt like I was watching Arnie dressed up in a cheap costume at some convention to promote the film. They basically tried turning him into a one-line-funny machine, and failed. They turned Sarah Connor from a total badass, intimidating women's icon (at least by 1991 standards) into a vanilla child (not the edible type). The guy who played Kyle Reese I don't think I have a sensitive enough memory to even be able to remember his existence he was so dull. The T-1000 somehow looked cheaper and less realistic than the Robert Patrick version, nearly 25 years ago (how...). The plot was stupid and the script sounded like it was written over a pub lunch and never bothered getting a second look in. I actually think Salvation would be a step up from Genisys.

At least Mad Max was pretty decent. Then again Jurassic World was a bit dire too. 1 out of 3. Guess it's up to Star Wars.

I recently watched Nymphomaniac and I was completely blown away. You have to watch it with an open mind because its extremely graphic and there are tons of sex scenes. I wouldn't watch this show for the sex because its extremely depressing, despite the huge amount unsimulated sex scenes (yes you will see real vaginal and anal sex while watching this), its simply does not feel sexy because you feel so bad about the main character. This is truly one of the most beautiful and depressing movies I've ever seen.

Cast is top notch, Uma Thurman's confrontation scene quite possibly one of the most well executed scenes in history. The director go as far as changing the aspect ration of the film just to make you feel unconfortable during that scene. Its fucking amazing.

The only problem really is Shia Labeouf, he is the only weak cast member but despite his awful acting the film still caries on and its easy to overlook his obnoxious presence.

I watched the 5 hour director's cut version and I was blown away by how good it was. Certainly recommend it but make sure you can handle tons of sex scenes and keep in mind that this is not porn (sex scenes might not bother you, but if you watch just for the sex you will miss the point).

The Grand Budapest hotel.

I loved it. It is probably one of Wes Anderson's best films and it's accessible enough, so I would recommend it to pretty much everyone. It has wit, it has charm, it has all-around great performances, one of the best films of recent years I'd say.
