The true metal (or anything else) fans (woman and man) remain in this for a lifetime...

Well, some people just don't have time or can't be bothered to actively enjoy music any more same is with every other art form really. I used to be a major book geek, but my social life, music, internet and the amount of reading I'm required to do for school really make it hard for me to find new good authors, I'm simply enjoying my old favorites right now. A lot of people drop new music from their check-out list first.

I never got that. I mean, she isn't a beauty in a classic sense of the word, but she is very elegant and yes, feminine. And she proves that you can look smashin' without your tits and ass bursting out of corsets and leather pants *khm Simone Simons khm*. Not that I mind girls wearing revealing attire, quite the contrary I hate the practice of slut-shaming, but I do not understand the mindset of a woman who can come out in front of 1000+ metalheads in something which reveals every curve on her body. I mean, she just knows they're gonna jerk off on that mental image and yet she doesn't mind. I admire Simone on her body confidence, but there are other ways you can look good on stage and Tarja demonstrates it

I don't like the hair because while I can dig dyeing... that one in particular looks hella plastic and kind of...trashy. Like, prostitute-trashy dyejob.

Basically... I could easily put Tarja's face in some body-building woman (you know... those really creepy ones) and I would say that it would fit perfectly because of her bone structure that to me is hella manly.

I can see why you think so, because I believe these brown-reddish strands are actually extensions about the face, that's why I said she isn't everyone's cup of tea... but for me, she slays. Especially in pictures like these

Most of her pictures are GAWTH QUEEN, which is bad, because she doesn't have a dark beauty thing going on, nor she likes that type of thing so it always looks dishonest. I prefer more recent pictures.
And ugh, I'd really like to photograph people more. Most of the pictures I snap of dudes look good because I really try to make them look as good as they can get. But some people who take pictures for a living really fail in it as we can see in her example, because they don't care

You sound jealous... I think it's amazing when a pretty girl with awesome body knows that she's got the curves and is proud to demonstrate them. For sure, I'm not saying I expect such girls to run around nude all the time but it's incredibly hot when you can see the curves under her clothes and admire the cleavage.

No offense Mora, but I really think you are over-analyzing everything (remember the male model? Yeah, just like that). If she wants to put those clothes on, it's probably because she friggin wants to otherwise we would have seen her in regular t-shirts by now. Unless the rest of the band is forcing her (unluckly and too elaborate imo).
Fail to see how it could be attention-whore-ish. Obviously I'm not naive enough to think that there aren't some dudes just looking at her but I see it as a rarity and not a big issue overall. You probably miss the fact that some girls actually LIKE to put those clothes on and they sure as hell aren't attention-whores just for that.

There's no special "mindset", "obligation" or anything. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar... and in this case, we just happen to talk about a really cute cigar.

People paying large amounts of money to see a band they have no musical interest purely for the sake of seeing a bit of cleavage? I don't think so somehow. A rare exception at most. Sex sells but no one is going to go to that length. It'll draw them into checking out music but a pair of tits alone is hardly going to make them staunch fans.
