Bands Holocaust, Elixir and A II Z have such a repulsive styles.

Fixed all three. I'll need to edit all other NWOBHM bands so the capitalization adds up properly.

Iron Maiden is most famous NWOBHM band and capitalization is New Wave Of British heavy metal...why don't you just add all bands like this...is saw you write small w and o...make all NWOBHM bands the same

Because of the way our genre capitalization system works, genres appear like so (just using progressive as an example):

Heavy metal
Progressive heavy metal

So when you type New Wave Of British in the prefix box and select Heavy metal from the primary drop-down menu, it becomes:

New Wave Of British heavy metal

It doesn't make sense to capitalize any of the words in this instance with the exception of British as it's a proper noun. Thus:

New wave of British heavy metal

That would be the most appropriate way to write it. And I already said I'd be making them all the same later, no need for the impatient tone.

Dominanz should have styles ,,industrial metal" and ,,black metal"

Someone added them, but for future reference, if it's an invisible band, just PM a elite/staff/someone with the perm. instead of posting here (it becomes too cluttered)

Problem solved. And no worries, I'd prefer it if you screwed up you report it rather than waiting for someone to stumble across it at some point in the future.

In the profile for Astarte (http://www.metalstorm.net/bands/band.php?band_id=245&bandname=Astarte), there are 2 session drummers: Psychoslaughter (98-02) and Ice (03-current). The 2000 and 2004 albums both list the drummer as "Ivan". Does anyone know if he is one of the other 2, if both of the ones in the profile are the same guy, or if he's a 3rd guy? Should I just add Ivan to the profile for the years I know he performed?
(This seemed like a to bigger question for the quick questions thread, so I asked it here). Thanks.

While I remember this time, Holy Moses disbanded in 1994 (Sabina Classen left in 92, Andy Classen did vocals on No Matter what's The Cause in 94) and reformed in 2000 (with Sabina, no Andy). The profile has them as continuously active from 80.
Thanks.

I noticed that there are two profiles for Dag Swanö (Dan Swanö's brother). He played under two different nicknames but it's the same person.

Dag "Tom Nouga" Swanö

Dag "Aag" Swanö

(excerpt from Dan Swanö's Wikipedia article- I know its not a proper source but I am at work and can't search around for real sources)
He had played bass in his elder brother Dag Swanö's band Pan.Thy.Monium with Dan using Day DiSyraah, and Dag using Äag as pseudonyms. Dag also plays guitar in Nightingale, formerly under the name of Tom Nouga.

The members are all listed as former, but there's no disbanded year.

Are the 3rd and 8th members listed the same person?

Could Trillium have a genre added? Heavy metal would be the best fit, though there's a hint of hard rock and symphonic metal in there, but probably not enough to count.

For Immortal it might be wise to change their genre from
1990-1991 Death metal
1991-2003 Black metal
2006- Black metal
to
1990-1990 Death metal
1991-1998 Black metal
1999-2003
2006- Black/Thrash (or Blackened Thrash)

All Immortal releases from At the Heart of Winter onward have had substantial thrash elements.

Some guy make some wrong things here....I edited and make (not me Azoic did) visible a couple of bands last two days and today I again check them and he add some albums that are not albums from that band. So here is the thing....

Band Silent Opera recorded just one EP in 2010 and he add album from other band of the same name...

Emir Hot is a solo artist who work with some bands before his solo work....so he added albums on wich Emir played guitar...He have only one album called Sevdah Metal, and he was added here as solo artist so I think his other work don't need to be on his list of albums...Idon't know who did this but this isn't fair....I work on bands every day and someone screw that in one minute....

I was editing the active years for the band War. Typed in that they disbanded in 2001, forgot to change the "formed in" year from 1997 to 1995. Seems like I can't change my edit, but here's a wikipedia link (no official website) which I can confirm with the biography included in their compilation album, which I own.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_%28Swedish_band%29

Oh, and can it be added that they're also known as "Total War".

And another thing... I'm pretty sure that I was once upon a time suggested the Italian band Ogen in the band suggestions, later it was a nominee in Clandestine Cuts (didn't win), and now the whole suggestion has been (deleted?).

If they only had a demo release, I probably deleted the suggestion. If it was an EP, I don't see why they wouldn't be added here. Although the CCs have nothing to do with the database here.
