Nah, this is real. 3 people died, 2 still fighting for their lives. The Ferrari driver and the cab driver died on the spot. Also the newspaper interviewed the guy who's cab cam was recording and he explained what happened etc etc. He says he's never gonna drive on that road again. Terrifying stuff.
