Actually Aarni are the only band of that bunch I've listened to. (and An Autumn for Crippled Children actually)

Those two (Aarni and AAFCC) are the only ones I have heard of the bands you just linked to, as well.

I might have a quick explore of some of those bands at some point, just to see if they live up to the name of avant-garde or experimental.

Maybe stuff like Dolorian, Valborg (in lieu of Triptykon/Celtic Frost), Brown Jenkins, some Orthodox, Rose Kemp, Öxxö Xööx, maybe even Oxbow if you want to push it.

I don't really see Dolorian fitting in too well amongst the other bands mentioned (although I don't know them all).
