Which artwork is best (NOTE: I'm only talking about the cover, NOT the songs on the album). Also, the Censored or Uncensored is an option, just tell which one you chose, EXAMPLE:
My favorite is Tomb Of The Mutilated (Uncensored), I loves mes some zombie porn!

Butchered at Birth got my vote.. I never like Cannibal Corpse music as much as I liked some of their album covers.. Butchered at Birth is a very impressive artistic cover..

I love the artwork for "Gallery of Suicide", its bloody but its less about the gore and has more of this horror movies\books vibe. Its also more realistic than the other covers. A really cool album cover in my opinion.

Im gonna have to say Eaten Back To Life, its the first album cover i saw of them and i also have a shirt of it. The zombie dude ripping out his own fucking guts always freaks people out when i wear it and it just looks gnarly as hell.
