I'm looking for some sludge/doom/post-metal type stuff that is bleak and heavy beyond measure. It needs to be at least as uncompromising as this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=se3uweDPJYA
What have you got for me?

Anything by Neurosis prior to A Sun That Never Sets is pretty suffocating.
Also A Storm Of Light's first album took heavy influence from funeral doom metal (in fact I'd say it is pretty much funeral doom with post- structures) and is also quite crushing.

Hate to say it but take a look at this thread from the beginning. You are bound to find something you dig. I will give you a couple of recs in the meantime:
Amenra - Anything by them
Cult Of Luna - First two albums are very "heavy"

I paused Cult Of Luna for this, and it almost felt like I had left the Cult Of Luna playing.
Great stuff from the two tracks there anyway.

I don't know what to call them, but personally I love Solstafir's album Köld.

Post Black Metal?
Also, check out the album before Kold. This one. That's their best album, in my opinion. "Bloodsoaked Velvet" is my favourite song of theirs. Just noticed that it's not on YouTube. Will upload it in a bit then

Done. Pretty decent. Although I only listened to one of the tracks on the BC page, it has a SSDB feel to it. But that statement is coming from me, who listens to a boatload of this stuff yearly.

Atmospheric black metal with a pinch of post rock/metal from Russia. Sweet.

Be sure to check out this year's rookie effort by Redwood Hill from Denmark. A very promising material to say the least.

I really like this post/sludge album from the Ukraine. It amazes me how good some of this underground stuff is.

Good stuff! Also worth noticing that it is mixed and mastered by a guy from Shelsmusic.
