Well, it seems that will be quite strong line-up gathered this year...huh

Illnath also confirmed. I've added the rest of the 2nd Stage bands as well.

A tentative running order of the main stage has been uploaded to the official website. Confirmed bands, which haven't been mentioned before, seem to be Napalm Death, Sirenia, Evile and Alestorm. And Aborted are confirmed after all.

I happen to be on a holiday in Slovenia just at the time of Metal Camp (lucky shot, learned about festival dates after holiday dates were set). But still I have to leave for Austria in 5th of July, so I have decided to visit Metal Camp only on the 4th of July. Does anyone of you who is more familiar with the festival, know anything about the availability and prices of one-day tickets? Thanks in advance

Well I was almost every year on Metalcamp, except on the first one and there was always one day ticket available on sale. So probably there will be also this year. But generally looking it is quite expensive, somewhere about 50?.

Hahaha, 50 euros for one-day ticket, ridiculous, but then again, i understand :S

3rd and 4th day... i already want to be there!!!!:D

Amon Amarth again? Well, you can't get enough of them so this is a good pick And Satyricon is also a good adittion, while I've missed them on their European tour.

They confirm amon amarth for 3rd time, but cancelled candlemass, because they aren't festival's interest. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa idiots!!!
next i want amon amarth again! and kataklysm also! i never saw them in slovenia! and then rename this fest amon amarth & kataklysm fest + friends.
i am really looking forward to see the same bands with that money. unlike CANDLEMASS!?!

Sirenia not confirmed. cannot say cancelled, because they just put their name on running order, like wintersun. i missed sirenia like 3 times, i guess that was not enough. &%$#"#$%/$%/#$

Oh.. at least one good news. so is with sonic syndicate, they also disappeared from running order

Hi, I have a question again for those who have visited Metal Camp before or just know better than me... Will one-day tickets be on sale through internet or can I buy them only from the festival box office? So far I have only found 3-day and whole-festival tickets from the net shops.

The one-day tickets will be definitely available in June but not earlier like the other tickets. So, in pre-sale will one-day ticket cost 35?, but if you won't managed to get the ticket in the pre-sale, you will be still able to buy it on the day of the festival...but, it will be more expensive of course (44?).

From now on there are also available 1-day tickets. It costs in pre-sale 40? and at the box-office 44?. 1-day Metalcamp 09 ticket is valid for any day of the festival, from 2nd to 8th of July 2009. I'm so unlucky i bought a ticket for W:O:A and the bands are SHIT,land look at this this is the real Metal hell!!!!! I'm selling the ticket for Wacken BTW!!!
METAL CAMP will see me next year for shore, i mean if they have beaten W:O:A for his anniversary then they will bring some kick ass bands next year too! those who are going have a good time guys I KNOW U WILL!!

Belphegor is the new confirmed band. They will attend on the 2nd day, after Blind Guardian's show, as they have written on their official site. Well, not bad if you ask me...

I think that this was probably the last band confirmation for this year.

I need to give a compliment to the Metal Camp.I must say that this festival is great.Although i've never been there i intend to go next year.And i can say for sure that this festival is better than WACKEN!!!

Well, that's true, the band list os pretty good. But I also meant the place, people, organization and so on Well, however I assure you that is worth of spending a week of holidays for attending this festival

Well next year i will go definitely!:)
