My favorite has to be from a band I very recently discovered, called Shade Empire. Their track Ravine is one excellent instrumental. Cool piano intro especially.

From Skin to Liquid - Cannibal Corpse. Great dark energy. I love the sound of the guitars and the almost drawn out way it's played. It uses the music and title to suggest the imagery and it fits quite well.
