It's pretty much a tie between Steve Harris and Bruce Dickinson. Steve wrote many of the Maiden classics, and Bruce sang his heart out on many of them.

Then Dennis Wilcock became vocalist for a couple of years and only áfter Wilcock left did Di'Anno become vocalist.

Bayley on his solo albums is better than with Miaden but still not good in my books. Dickinson's biggest problem is het overdramatizes his vocals most of the times. Somehow trying to come across as a sort of opera singer.
