Brilliant song and cartoon. The album is actually also very good.
If I am not mistaken Dio sings on a fuurtehr two songs as well.
Btw, I think that The Netherlands is the only country where Love Is All reached the number 1 position in the single charts.

I started listening to him a while before I made this topic four years ago and his music never sounded so sweet as it does today. Long Live Ronnie James Dio!

I remember 4 years or so ago, one late night on VH1 Rocks i saw the video of Holy Diver, i thought "WTF is this cheesy piece of shit?" then a few months later i listened to the song again only without the video. absolute orgasm.
i wonder what the guys at Tenacious D think about his death, i've checked out their website but there's nothing there. i know they live somewhere in California too, so maybe at least one of them will be present at his funeral.

He is one of the best I have seen him twice as Dio and once as Heaven and Hell. I think his lyrics are the most stange and thought inducing.
Rainbow in the dark live is jaw dropping.

One of my fav songs by Dio
I would take Dio over Ozzy, I think Ozzy made it because of Sharon while Dio made it because of Dio. Despite that I still like some Ozzy stuff.
I loved Dio in black sabbath because of Tommi Iommi's guitar. I love his solo and elf and some rainbow. Although I like Dio over Ozzy I would have to say he had a cocky side and a bit of a ego. How??? He renamed himself god in Italian Dio from Padavona. shit what other proof is needed? He also made fun of Christians and whenever you make fun you suggest you are better and thus cocky. Not to advertise this as a bad thing because I still like him but the fact remains it's there.

Dio ruled. I started listening to him when I was 12 or 13 and I haven't stopped. I was lucky enough to see him twice. Once for the Black Sabbath - Dehumanizer tour and I saw him solo in 2003 (w/Motorhead and Iron Maiden).

One of the best heavy metal singers. I still do remember when I heard him in Long Live Rock and Roll album by Rainbow, one of my favorites ever. Long live Ronnie.

I watched the Dreamers Never Die documentary yesterday. I don't think I really learned anything that I didn't know already, but it is well-made and with many special people talking about him. I cried towards the end; I guess I am becoming more emotional as I get older. Damn, what a voice the guy had.
