Very good EP

I especially recommend it to fans of Agalloch, early Ulver, October Falls and Ikuinen Kaamos.

Agalloch worship is something I always welcome with open arms.

Fantastic EP. Obviously major Agalloch influence, but good enough for me to ignore any glaring similarities.

This song in particular kicks ass

Wow! This is really quality, sounds to me like Agalloch and Be'Lakor had a beautiful baby.

Just incredible! I recently discovered this band and am absolutely mesmerized. I heard rumours that they'll release a début album soon, so whoever lurks into this page, give them a try!

Aside from Autumn I (which I dislike due to the vocals) this is one great EP. Looking forward to the full-length album a lot, which will be released this year according to Jake Rogers himself (I've read it on the Facebook page). Obviously he's heavily influenced by Agalloch as I never heard music more similar to Agalloch before. But that's definitely a good thing in case of Gallowbraid.

Seriously, Salt Lake City, Utah is becoming a great place for bands seeing as both Gallowbraid and Caladan Brood are from there.

The amount of cool riffs on Ashen Eidolon is phenomenal, really excellent song. Rest of the Ep isn't quite on par but still good enough.

Also, pretty sure this dude is the one from Caladan Brood.

God damn. A stunning, soaring masterwork. This is ten times better than anything Agalloch has done. No news of a new album though.

Very Caladan Broodish (definitely the same guy). An enjoyable album (I'm not 100% sure what makes this an EP considering its 40m runtime).

Much less corny than his Caladan Brood work, but it still has that sugary feel. It feels like it needs to either go heavier or lighter to be really good.
