I already told you in SB that there are no floods down south where i live. Its mountains and hills here so lets say i got the higher grounds this time. The floods are usually near major rivers in plains and valleys usually where people made houses near the rivers (like in unregulated parts of those rivers). But it can happen sometimes nevertheless even where i live especially if there is already snow when rain starts. Too bad summers are sometimes without a drop of rain.

Written by Bad English on 12.03.2016 at 13:40 nah problem is that no one in last 30 years have been took care about rivers and repairing flood gates and stuff... people in charge of that either didnt had money to do it or simply didnt gave a fuck . also there is alway a dude who built a house 20 cm from river bank and now is complaining how river flooded him. also you know its sometimes truly unstoppable force like it was last year when even our coal mining fields got flooded , major cities and towns almost got submerged and some villages were completely annihilated even some towns got to be evacuated. but not on south cause you know mountains are there

Yes nature is nature, floods, spring floods are natural, but when ppl are stupid, build houses and bribe house inspection, what let them do close to, when river inspections are bribed, when rivers are not clean because of laziness, its stupid and ppl must be punished, but when you have no money and state don't care , its sucks
