Swedish grindcore/brutal death metal outfit Splattered Mermaids has released the cover artwork for their upcoming new album Reforged In Gore, which was created by Andrey Kroms. The new album is planned to be released in late 2012.

The band issued the following announcement about it: "We just uploaded the artwork for our upcoming second full-length Reforged In Gore. We're about to finish the mix and then we'll post a brand-new song for you!"
