Hey now, Century Media still releases good music too. I wholeheartedly doubt that the band themselves are less to blame for this garbage than the label.

I can't understand the appeal of this type of music. Is it simply that the lead singer is a chick with large boobs? Is that it? Is there something musically that I'm missing here?

jajaja xd, so this video is totally for you xd, I only found some good songs, but none of their albums are a "masterpiece".. Still I like them, mainly because Maria Brink and her "clean screams"

To me, it's simple: If this band had a male singer - even if he only sounded exactly the same - they'd be absolutely unheard of. Maybe a few hundred FB fans. The vast amount of their popularity I can guarantee comes form the fact that they have a barbie doll looking lead singer who screams. Too gimmicky for me. I mean, hell, even Babymetal plays decent music.

I agree with what you say about Babymetal xd, and yeah, the band without Maria would be unknown and awful to hell.
