Debut album of this new heavy/power German band, which has member who where in the heart of Hammerfall when it was born. Some people have blamed them not to be original and just to be a copy of Manowar, the true kings of metal. Well, after listening the album carefully for more than twice, I must warn Manowar that their throne is in danger, because Lost Horizon have the metal heart and the spirit enough to conquer it.

Sword in the Metal Wind is a fantastic song to start with for those interested in this band/album.

Monumental, epic, breathtaking, immeasurable...are some of the words that can describe this album. Incredible music.

I thought this was going to be a cheesy album riddled with power metal cliches - how wrong was i!

A great album, enjoyable from start to finish with some top class production, songwriting and performances. A well-deserved rating.

Rated worse than the second because of a meme. Such a great power metal album.

After years of listening, I still think it's hard to top this album! It's useless to pick a favorite song cause all of them are just brilliant, but I still remember how my eyes opened when I first heard "Heart Of Storm" and Heiman's vocals for the first time, 10 years ago.

The arrangement, Drums, guitar, bass, keyboard and Heiman's vocals all made this album almost perfect. And The Kingdom Of My Will is such an epic.

It's a shame this band was so short lived. This is a great debut, with all thoroughly enjoyable songs, especially "Kingdom Of My Will" which is such an epic and underrated song. The melodies are extremely catchy, and the vocals are astonishing despite the lyrics being cheesy as hell!

Not as good as the sucessor, but still contains nice themes and epic moments. About the composition, right from the beginning there´s a sense of talent in these guys and a heartful performance which is notable throughout the entire record. Respect!

Highlights: "Heart of storm", "Kingdom of my will"
