We get Tree of Life which is a acoustic driven beautiful piece of music as well as a decent chorus in the title track. The rest blows. It's filled with extremely meaty and boring riffs with dragging vocal lines and it's another concept album about the vikings (like we need anymore of those). I love Manilla Road but this is just a waste of time.

Masterpiece in truecus epicus heavicus metallicus. Easily one of the most epic albums ever and on MR standards I'd say this is their most epic album. Highlight songs: Tree Of Life, Blood Eagle and Eye Of The Storm.

Bad English

They tried catch up where they left it, but it was not sucsess. ITs not so good album, idea about vikings was good, good artwork, song tittles, but seems they play some prog? But I have deep respect to this album.

I basically agree.
Tree of life is the highlight here.
As for the rest, mostly subpar for me, irritating most of the time, the growls e.g. Some Thrashy parts, .... I dont know. Dragging often, yeah... maybe even a bit boring, nails it to the point I guess.
They have better albums (going down their disco right now).

Yep agree with all of that. For me it's at the very bottom of their discography. Looking at my rating of 3 now and it looks a bit harsh, at the same time i've never liked the record so I guess it deserves it
