Starts strong; the intro and Ballad Of a Hangman are somewhat reinventing the heavy metal wheel with the unusual vocals, definitely my favourite song on the album. Other songs only have hints of greatness to them, no real stand out material, just alright songs. I must say I'm disappointed with the band having such well-established guitarists like Manni and Thilo who undoubtably have created some great ass heavy metal in the past, and on this album what they're doing is just a mere shadow of what Rage and Running Wild did. Not one of their best works I'm afraid.

Not bad, not bad at all! Most of the songs here are pretty good, especially "Sorrow Of The Dead", "Stromrider", "Pray", "Into The War" and the title track. This album gives me more traditional Heavy Metal vibes but has some cool Speed Metal tracks too! Not a classic, but better than the previous two works and pretty enjoyable overall!
