Death doom? Rather thrash and/or doom for me. The successor is a bit death doom.

Interesting and entertaining album, I've never seen a band combine elements of thrash and doom like that.  The death-doom tag here needs to be changed, it's incorrect indeed.

Super heavy production sound makes it sound like death metal in this aspect, which gives the riffs some extra effectiveness. I don't remember hearing this band before and now it looks that one should. I really like the musical direction which somehow reminds of Metal Church with little bit doom influence on slower parts.
