Arch Enemy - Streaming New Single & Video

"In The Eye Of The Storm", the newest single/video from Arch Enemy's forthcoming album Deceivers, has premiered online. Mirko Witzki was responsible for video creation. The album hits the streets on the 12th of August.

Michael Amott comments on the song and video as follows: "In The Eye Of The Storm" is a song that was built around a hypnotizing riff and a groove that’s just screaming out to be played live! Shooting the video in Berlin (Germany) with, for us, new director Witzki Visions was a super cool experience and the result is nothing less than astonishing!"

Run of the mill Arch Enemy. Jeff Loomis keeps being wasted here and Alyssa's clean vocals keep being under used. At least we have a song with her clean vocals, but of course Amott wont let it be more than one XD

Mmm... not really digging it. I had this "I've heard that before" kindda feeling. Too much potential wasted. Too many cliches so far in this song and all the previous songs form this album.

Good riffs, brutal vocals. Sad Alissa fronts the band, she ruins for me

I used to love this band from its beginning, though I really don't know what are they doing now. I mean, this is not bad, but in my opinion is not enough. I agree with most of my colleagues. So much talent, but most of it absolutely wasted. It's a pity
